Alberta Agriculture Extension Resource Staff
The AESA Program is a partnership between industry and government created in 1997 by Alberta Agriculture, Food and Rural Development (AAFRD) to contribute to the Ministry's goal of improved environmental stewardship. 20 AAFRD staff are in place across the province to carry out the AESA Program's vision.

Rural Extension Staff (RES)
The AESA Program's Rural Extension Staff are in place across the province to address local solutions to local problems, with local manpower to deliver extension programs. These RES are the basis of the success of the AESA Program's efforts.

AESA acknowledges and thanks the Alberta North American Waterfowl Management Plan Partnership, Cows and Fish Program, Ducks Unlimited Canada, and Alberta Agriculture, Food and Rural Development for photos displayed on this website.
